LET US INTRODUCE OURSELVES

We exist solely to provide you with the finest emergency vehicles, backed up by the very best service, and, in doing so, to create for you the most EXCEPTIONAL value you will ever find anywhere on an emergency vehicle. We're not the biggest, nor are we the smallest. We are, however, big enough to serve all your needs and small enough so that every customer receives personal attention.

If you ever find us falling short of this, our goal, please let us know.

Thank you.

Jim & Bill

The Service:

In 1983 Jim Terry Sr, then working in a local truck repair shop, mostly on emergency vehicles, decided to go into business for himself. He opened JIM TERRY FIRE APPARATUS SALES & SERVICE with only 5 fire departments as customers. It now services more than 100 fire and rescue agencies.

Jim Terry, Jr joined his father in 1986, after graduating from Ohio Diesel Technical Institute. A decade later the business incorporated, grew, and prospered. In 2004 Jim Jr bought his father out. He also purchased the building and equipment of Miranda's Welding. This provided him with the space and equipment required to provide the unparalleled quality and range of services available today.

To provide even better and more convenient service, mobile repair vehicles have been equipped to provide maintenance and repairs right at your own door. These vehicles are set up with air compressors, tool boxes, work benches, air grease guns, jacks, repair manuals, etc. A variety of parts are maintained on board so its "same day service" for most repairs.
